Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, orientation, exit interviews).
Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memos, and certificates.
Handle employee inquiries and assist with HR policy implementation.
Track attendance, leave requests, and assist with payroll preparation.
Coordinate with PRO for visa and labor-related processes when necessary.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR procedures in Qatar is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Preferred:
Experience using HR software or ERP systems.
Prior experience in a similar industry (construction, logistics, or corporate services).
Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a plus.
