We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Admin to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Admin, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, supporting daily operations, and contributing to initiatives that help enhance employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Help with new employee onboarding activities, including preparing onboarding documents, setting up workstations, and ensuring a smooth start for new hires. Support the offboarding process by coordinating exit interviews and gathering feedback.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure that HR databases are up to date. Assist in preparing HR-related reports, such as attendance and performance tracking.
- Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and team[1]building sessions to foster a positive work environment.
- Policy and Compliance: Aid in ensuring company policies are effectively communicated and adhered to. Assist with compliance-related documentation and audits as required.
- Learning and Development: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops. Track and update training records.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks, including answering employee queries, scheduling meetings, and handling HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role, with a solid understanding of HR processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. · Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
For Administration Assistant:
- Provides general administrative support to a team or department.

- Assists with budget management, procurement, and logistics.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supports the operations team with administrative tasks.
