About the Role
We are seeking a highly structured and results-driven HR Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment and compensation & benefits (C&B) initiatives. This position is ideal for a professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a structured and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: workforce planning, job design, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and design targeted sourcing strategies
Enhance employer branding and proactively build a talent pipeline for critical roles
Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to support new hire integration
Compensation & Benefits
Design and manage salary structures, job evaluations, and internal grading systems
Conduct market benchmarking, manage compensation surveys, and analyze pay competitiveness
Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with vendors for service quality and compliance
Support annual salary reviews, manage C&B budgets, and ensure cost-efficiency
Align rewards strategy with company growth objectives and organizational performance
Must-Have Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are a strong plus
Experience
5+ years of overall HR experience, with:
3+ years focused on recruitment (full-cycle)
2+ years in compensation & benefits design and implementation
Demonstrated experience with:
Salary benchmarking, structure design, and benefits management
Working in structured, fast-growing organizations
Strategic HR projects and cross-functional collaboration
Language
Fluency in English is required (spoken and written)
Arabic is a plus
Systems & Tools
Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workable)
Strong skills in HRIS tools and Excel (e.g., pivot tables, salary modeling)
Familiarity with market benchmarking platforms (e.g., Mercer, Towers Watson)
