Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant (Male) with proven experience in overseas recruiting to support our talent acquisition efforts across international markets. In this role, you will assist with sourcing, coordinating and onboarding candidates from diverse global backgrounds, ensuring a seamless and compliant recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for international hires, including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies, partners and government entities.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of international employment contracts, visas and work permits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate databases and tracking reports.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for overseas hires.
  • Stay updated on international labor laws, visa regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Support general HR functions and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on overseas or international recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of global hiring practices and visa/work permit processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills or international work experience is an advantage.
