Key Responsibilities1. Understanding Recruitment Needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing requirements.
- Develop job descriptions and candidate specifications based on role requirements.
2. Sourcing Candidates
- Utilize various channels like job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
3. Screening and Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
4. Conducting Interviews
- Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Participate in interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, cultural fit, and behavioral competencies.
5. Managing Recruitment Processes
- Schedule and oversee the end-to-end interview process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate information and recruitment status.
6. Building Employer Brand
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Engage in activities like job fairs, campus hiring events, and branding campaigns.
7. Candidate Engagement
- Maintain regular communication with candidates during the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.
8. Offering and Negotiating
- Extend job offers and discuss terms of employment.
- Negotiate salary and benefits while ensuring alignment with company policies.
9. Reporting and Metrics
- Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities for senior management.
