Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support financial operations by maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting and compliance. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

Maintain and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy.

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

Support tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting.

Assist senior accountants in budget preparation and financial analysis.

Manage data entry and general ledger postings.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 0-3 years in an accounting role (internships are a plus).

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with accounting software (preference for candidates with experience in Oracle Agile+ or Tally).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements

Must have a transferable visa.

A proactive and approachable attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
