Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design plans, specifications, and local regulations.
- Oversee the quality control of materials and work, ensuring high standards and safety compliance.
- Coordinate and manage the site workforce, ensuring efficient task allocation and timely project completion.
- Monitor and report on site progress, managing any delays or issues that may arise, and finding effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and ensure that all necessary permits and documents are in place, and comply with Qatar’s construction laws.
- Provide technical support and advice during construction to resolve any on-site challenges.
- Assist in the management of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring resources are used effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, site inspections, and any changes to the project scope.
Qualifications & Requirements:.
- License: UPDA (Urban Planning and Development Authority) Licensed.
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum X years of hands-on experience in site supervision, project execution, and working on construction sites in Qatar.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Qatar construction regulations, safety standards, and local construction practices.
