Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up on collections to ensure timely payments.
Maintain proper storekeeping records and manage inventory control in coordination with operations.
Prepare regular financial reports, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
Oversee and support general administrative tasks, such as documentation, filing, and office coordination.
Use Tally or similar accounting software, along with advanced Microsoft Excel tools, for reporting and data analysis.
Desired Skills & Experience
5 years plus experience in Qatar in Accounting and Admin
Accounting, billing, storekeeping and collection experience
Tally or similar system plus Ms. Excel professional expertise
Bachelor in accounting is a must
Driving license is a must
