Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales, marketing, and distribution activities in the Qatar FMCG market.
Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, wholesalers, and key accounts.
Execute route planning, ensure timely product delivery, and manage invoicing and collections.
Maintain accurate sales and stock records using digital tools and reporting systems.
Regularly visit market areas to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Support product promotions and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar's FMCG market in sales, marketing, and distribution
Must hold a valid Qatar manual driving license
Strong knowledge of Qatar’s market geography, retail sectors, and consumer behavior
Ability to manage invoicing, collections, and maintain clear financial records
Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel and sales software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Desired Skills & Experience
FMCG Wholesales and distribution Experience
5+ years in Qatar FMCG market (marketing, selling, distribution)
Bachelor Degree is a must
Market research analysis and forecast
Driving License
Knowledge of Qatar markets and places
Ability to do invoicing and collection work
Computer knowledge is a must
