Admin Coordinator (Real Estate Experience)

Job Summary: A highly organized and professional Admin Coordinator is required to support the Manager in managing administrative tasks, communication, and daily operations. Real estate industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and management team.
- Manage and organize documents, contracts, and real estate records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
- Handle internal and external communications professionally.
- Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar real estate regulations.
- Support the leasing, sales, and property management teams with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Admin Coordinator, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and office management tools.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to perform well under pressure

- Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID.
- Immediate availability is required.
