- Experience in sales and certification processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and certification.
- Valid driving license required.
Job Responsibilities
- Generating sales leads daily and expanding client networks.
- Scheduling and attending client meetings, including virtual or outsourced engagements.
- Preparing presentations, and discussions for clients.
- Initiating contact, providing quotations, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Managing contract renewals and following up on client inquiries.
- Consulting with clients regarding certification schemes, testing, training, and inspection requirements.
- Working closely with Operations teams to understand customer needs and provide sales and post-sales support.
- Gathering and analyzing client feedback to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
- Identifying areas for improvement and presenting solutions to upper management.
- Setting and achieving monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Monitoring market trends, industry regulations, and reporting findings to management.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by Top Management.
