ABC Group Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Projects Sales Specialist with a proven track record in securing HVAC project sales. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, understanding their HVAC project requirements, and presenting tailored solutions from our extensive range of systems and services. Your excellent technical understanding, communication, and negotiation skills will be crucial in driving project sales and building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and margin by identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions;
• Collect payments from clients in a timely manner;
• Build and execute a project sales funnel by visiting clients to promote HVAC products and services;
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales by providing exceptional customer service and technical support;
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales performance.

Customer Service
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members. They will provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns about product applications, warranty, and service.
Product Knowledge
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ACs (Split/Window/Duct/VRF and others) and stay updated on new product releases and changes to existing products.

Training and Development
The HVAC Projects Sales Specialist will participate in onsite training sessions for potential and existing customers and share best practices and insights with colleagues to enhance team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products;
• Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members;
• Attention to Detail: Precision in following assembly instructions and ensuring high-quality results;
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve queries and issues;
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma;
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Qatar, with good connections within projects and trade sectors;
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic
• Valid Qatar Driving License
