We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales leads across sectors like corporate, schools, hotels, and healthcare.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to understand their uniform needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company targets.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and client communication using CRM tools.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales; experience in the uniform or apparel industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
