Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fabrics based on their needs.

Provide information on fabric types, quality, usage, and care instructions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and fabric displays.

Measure and cut fabric accurately as per customer requirements.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Assist in visual merchandising and creating attractive displays.

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:

Prior retail or sales experience preferred (experience with fabrics is a plus).

Basic math skills for handling sales and measurements.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and under pressure during busy hours.

Friendly attitude and neat appearance.
