The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s products or services. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations of the product/service to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using internal systems.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry-specific] sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
