Sales Engineer/Executive
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and Equipment Renting.
Schedule and conduct regular face-to-face meetings.
Understand client requirements and build strong, trust-based relationships.
Conduct product demos and site visits
Explain technical features and benefits clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Gather technical and commercial requirements from the client.
Conduct site surveys or technical assessments with client.
Prepare accurate, professional quotations and technical offers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
Follow up persistently until feedback or approval is received.
Maintain records of visits, discussions, and pipeline status.
Use CRM tools to track opportunities and manage sales funnels.
Keep track of competitors, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
Suggest improvements to products/services based on market insights.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Prioritize high-potential clients and focus on closing deals.
Manage client relationships and after-sales support
Collaborate with service and technical teams
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Relevant Subject
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in heavy Equipment Renting/relevant field
Good Knowledge about Qatar Markets
Valid Qatar driving license
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Salary: 4000-7000
Incentives: Performance-based bonus
