Job Description: Business Counsellor/ Sales Consultants (B2B-Bilingual-Arabic-English)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients to promote tailored training programs and solutions.
- Build, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with key accounts including corporate clients, HR managers, L&D teams, and government entities.
- Manage the full RFQ (Request for Quotation) process: receive, prepare, and submit quotations and proposals for client training requirements.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and capability statements aligned with client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly B2B sales targets, conversion rates, and KPIs.
- Act as a training advisor for inbound and walk-in leads—assess their goals and recommend appropriate courses.
- Provide accurate course details, schedules, certifications, and enrollment guidance.
- Follow up systematically with leads and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support corporate campaigns and targeted outreach.
- Attend corporate meetings, training expos, and networking events to represent the organization professionally.
- Report on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English (verbal and written).
- 2–3 years of proven B2B experience in corporate training sales, business development, or educational consulting.
- Prior experience in RFQ response preparation and proposal development is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the training and education industry in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple corporate accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication platforms.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
