We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the strategic marketing initiatives for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in digital and traditional marketing, along with hands-on experience in AI-driven marketing tools and platforms. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for content creation, communication, and stakeholder engagement across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns tailored to the Qatari real estate market.
- Manage digital platforms including:
- Social media (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Google Ads, SEO/SEM strategies
- Targeted email campaigns and re-marketing ads
- Real estate portals (Property Finder Qatar, Hapondo, etc.)
- Use AI tools for:
- Predictive customer behaviour and lead scoring
- Automated content creation and campaign testing
- Audience segmentation and personalization
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies within Qatar to identify new opportunities.
- Report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot/Salesforce, and AI dashboards.
Offline Marketing & Branding
- Coordinate production of marketing materials: brochures, signage, hoardings, videos, and 3D walkthroughs.
- Plan and execute:
- Property exhibitions (Cityscape Qatar, etc.)
- On-site activation campaigns
- Events for brokers, investors, and VIP clients
- Maintain consistent brand presentation across all physical and digital materials.
CRM & Lead Management
- Manage and optimise CRM systems to improve customer segmentation and conversion workflows.
- Integrate AI for:
- Chat-bots and multilingual virtual assistants
- Automated follow-ups and lead nurturing based on behaviour
- Align with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads and a smooth customer journey from inquiry to closing.
AI-Driven Marketing Initiatives
- Implement tools such as:
- ChatGPT for bilingual content generation
- Midjourney or Canva AI for design assistance
- Jasper, SurferSEO, or Writesonic for SEO-optimized content
- Use AI-driven heat maps, behavior tracking, and conversion tools to improve digital UX.
Budgeting & Vendor Management
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual marketing budget.
- Coordinate with local and international vendors including creative agencies, production houses, influencers, and media outlets.
- Ensure efficient campaign execution within timelines and budget constraints.
Corporate Communication & PR
- Draft, translate, and proof corporate communications in Arabic and English.
- Maintain the company’s brand voice in all public communications including investor updates, newsletters, and press releases.
- Support reputation management and media relations in the Qatari market.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate marketing within Qatar (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market, customer personas, and buyer journey.
- Proficiency in: English
- Digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn)
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- AI-based tools for automation, analytics, and content creation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors.
Preferred Experience
- Launching and promoting off-plan and ready properties in Qatar.
- Familiarity with Qatari media landscape and local advertising regulations.
- Creative mindset with an interest in emerging marketing technologies and trends.
