We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive with a proven track record in the construction or metal fabrication sector to support our growth and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure sales opportunities for all company products, with a focus on large-scale projects and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and procurement professionals.
- Generate and follow up on leads, RFQs, and inquiries from existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the estimation and technical teams.
- Conduct site visits and technical presentations to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales reports, and project pipelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the construction, fire-rated products, or metal fabrication industry.
- Strong technical understanding of fire-rated doors, glazed partitions, aluminum systems, and steel works.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Familiarity with relevant standards (UL, BS, NFPA, ASTM, etc.) is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar driver’s license
