Responsibilities:
*Client Engagement:
-Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
*Market Research:
-Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of trends, property values, and local amenities, allowing you to provide valuable insights to clients.
*Property Listings:
-Create compelling property listings showcasing the unique features of each property, including professional photographs, detailed descriptions, and virtual tours.
*Showings and Open Houses:
-Schedule, organize, and conduct property showings and open houses,
-highlight the property’s strengths and address client questions effectively.
*Negotiation:
-Serve as a skilled negotiator on behalf of clients, advocating for their interests to secure the best deals and ensure a smooth transaction process.
*Contract Management:
-Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
*Networking:
-Expand your professional network through community involvement, partnerships with other professionals, and attendance at industry events to grow business opportunities.
*Professional Development:
-Stay updated on industry best practices, market movements, and regulatory changes, attending workshops, training sessions, and seminars.
*Client Aftercare:
-Maintain ongoing communication with past clients to nurture relationships, gather referrals, and assist with future real estate needs.
Requirements
*Experience:
- Previous experience of minimum 6 to 12 months in Sales (required).
- In-depth knowledge of the GCC market and trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- GCC experience is a must.
- Proven track record of successful transactions and client relationships is a plus.
*Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and property values.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Technology Proficiency:
-Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and computers to manage listings, documents, and client communications.
-Competence in using real estate listing platforms, promote properties and enhance client engagement.
*Work Ethic:
-Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for real estate. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
