Job Title: Interior Fit-Out Engineer (Civil Background)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Engineer with a civil engineering background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong connections in the Qatar fit-out market, both with subcontractors and clients, and possess in-depth knowledge of the interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong connections with subcontractors and fit-out clients in Qatar.
- Build and expand the company’s network within the interior fit-out field.
- Prepare BOQs, perform pricing, and manage quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Coordinate with main clients and provide consistent project follow-up.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, site activities, and team members.
- Source and liaise with material suppliers.
- Lead and build a strong in-house fit-out execution team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of Architectural/Interior Design, Joinery, and Fit-Out Works.
- Experience working on luxury residential villas, palaces, and high-end office spaces.
- General understanding of the local fit-out industry and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in space planning, commercial interiors, detailing, specifications, suppliers, and materials.
