Qmark Trading and Contracting is a well-established electro-mechanical trading and contracting company, partnering with reputed clients for the supply of quality engineering materials.
We are currently looking for a full-time Office Assistant (INDIANS KERALITES ONLY) to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Key resposnsibilities
Assist in preparing and organizing documents related to material supply, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and site teams for document follow-ups and basic communication.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, LPOs, submittals, and material tracking.
Support the procurement and accounts team by filing and organizing transaction records.
Handle general office duties such as answering calls, managing emails, photocopying, and document scanning.
Help coordinate deliveries and logistics updates between the office and warehouse/site.
Perform clerical support for project managers, engineers, and sales staff as needed.
Assist in preparing attendance, timesheets, and coordinating Human Resources -related basic tasks.
