Who We’re Looking For

We're on the hunt for a gritty, relentless, and ambitious Jr Female Sales Executive who thrives under pressure, lives for the chase, and never backs down from a challenge. You’re the type who turns "no" into "not yet." You’re not just closing deals—you’re building partnerships that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

Conduct discovery meetings and present customized HR solutions to meet client needs.

Work closely with our recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports to the sales manager.

What You Bring

Proven track record in B2B sales (experience in HR, staffing, or recruitment services is a big plus).

Tenacity, persistence, and a "never give up" attitude—failure is fuel.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivation with a deep drive to exceed targets and crush quotas.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
