We are looking for a Bilingual Operations & Customer Service Coordinator who speaks Arabic and English fluently to join our growing home and office cleaning company.

Responsibilities:

Manage and run online ads to promote our cleaning services
Handle incoming calls and messages from clients
Schedule bookings for home and office cleaning services
Coordinate with the cleaning team and dispatch them to client locations
Ensure smooth daily operations and track job completions
Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and future bookings

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Arabic and English spoken
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with running ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, or other platforms is a plus
Prior experience in operations or customer service preferred
Must be reliable, organized, and able to multitask
