We are looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

-Designing and updating job descriptions

-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

-Source candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and professional networks.

- Screen incoming resumes and interview candidates (via phone)

-Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

-Collaborating with hiring managers to identify future needs

-Handling reception duties and maintaining it tidy and organized

-Providing other administrative task as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field

-Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

-Excellent in written and verbal communication skills

-Excellent in using Microsoft office
