Job Title: Call Center Employee
Department: Call Center – ReceptionDirect Management: Marketing Manager / Center Manager
Job objective:
Answering incoming and outgoing calls, booking appointments, providing patients with the necessary information, and transferring calls to the relevant departments in a professional and rapid manner to ensure patient satisfaction and achieve the highest level of service quality.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Respond to all calls from patients and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Determine patient appointments accurately according to the availability of doctors and clinics.
- Transfer calls to relevant departments or employees upon request.
- Providing patients with accurate information about doctors, specialties, working hours, and available services.
- Follow up on confirmed or postponed appointments and update the electronic system with developments.
- Receiving initial complaints or comments from patients and submitting them to the relevant department.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
- Collaborate with the work team within the center to ensure smooth workflow.
- Use reservation and communication systems efficiently and professionally.
- Performing any other tasks assigned to him by management within the scope of work.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma as a minimum (university degree holders are preferred).
- Previous experience in a call center, preferably within the medical sector.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (writing and speaking).
- High communication skills and ability to deal with patients.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time well.
- Good knowledge of using computer systems, booking programs, and dealing with social media.
