We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of proven experience in watch sales (any category – luxury, fashion, or smartwatches). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the watch market and a passion for customer service and retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage customers and provide exceptional service
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across various watch brands and types
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the store
- Handle customer queries and ensure high satisfaction
- Keep updated with current trends in the watch industry
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the watch industry (any kind – luxury, fashion, or smartwatches)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
