Hiring: Admin/Training Coordinator (Male)

Position Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator (Male) to support our training and administrative operations. This is a full-time, on-site position at a professional training centre in Doha. The role focuses on providing back-end support to the B2B training division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the B2B team by preparing customized course outlines and training proposals
- Design training handbooks and documentation using Canva or similar tools
- Identify and liaise with freelance instructors for specialized training requirements
- Coordinate training logistics from scheduling to venue setup and post-training documentation
- Monitor and manage training feedback and reporting
- Provide support for exam invigilation and venue supervision
- Ensure training quality and compliance with internal standards
- Maintain confidentiality of client, training, and instructor data
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in administration, training coordination, or L&D preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva (or similar platforms)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Candidates from India are preferred
- Must be based in Qatar or ready to relocate on short notice
