Position: Fleet Operations Officer


Job Description

Task & Responsibilities

  • Vehicle scheduling for manpower mobilizations and timely delivery of goods.
  • Optimize routes, allocate drivers based on workload and regularly assess assignments for efficiency.
  • Review drivers’ activities to ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with road safety regulations.
  • Respond day to day transportation inquiries from various departments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with garage team for breakdown and emergency support.
  • Generate reports on vehicle utilization, driver productivity, and daily performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
  • With transferrable QID
  • Can join immediately
