Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising catering operations to ensure quality food service delivery, compliance with company policies, client requirements, and health & safety regulations.
Supervise day-to-day catering activities at sites, including food production, service, and logistics.
Coordinate with kitchen teams, storekeepers, and transport for timely delivery of meals.
Ensure meals are prepared according to approved menus, recipes, and quality standards.
Handle client complaints promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Monitor staff performance and provide training for skill improvement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with Qatar food safety regulations, HACCP, and company HSE policies.
Desired Skills & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering, or related field.
5–7 years’ experience in industrial Onshore/offshore catering operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local food safety laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Food Handler Certificate is a plus point
