Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Al Meshaf

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 8–10 years of QS experience, with a strong focus on roadworks and infrastructure

Proven track record in managing large-scale civil projects in the Middle East

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports

Conduct quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and tender evaluations

Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with contractual terms

Administer contracts, variations, and claims in accordance with FIDIC standards

Requirement:

Candidate’s should be present in Qatar with valid QID
