Job Description:
A highly motivated Sales Professional with a strong background in interior design and furniture sales, combining creative expertise with proven business development skills. Adept at understanding client needs, presenting tailored design solutions, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships, providing personalized solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Present and promote furniture collections, finishes, and design concepts to architects, interior designers, and end customers.
- Conduct client consultations to assess requirements, space planning, and design preferences, ensuring seamless integration of products into interiors.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and pipeline management.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, furniture materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to translate design trends into client solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and (if applicable) design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in sales within the interior design or furniture industry.
- Demonstrated track record of successful client acquisition and account management.
