Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot issues in chillers, pumps, compressors, and piping.
Inspect and ensure mechanical system efficiency.
Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and codes.
Monitor spare parts usage and recommend stock levels.
Provide technical support to supervisors and technicians.
Prepare reports on breakdowns, downtime, and maintenance KPIs.
Coordinate with facility management and vendors.
Recommend upgrades for equipment and systems.

Required Skills
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with UPDA
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems.
Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance.
Troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Good communication and coordination.
Familiarity with energy-saving practices.
