Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of processes.
- Coordinate with different departments to support operational requirements.
- Handle documentation, data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor inventory levels and support procurement processes as required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Support logistics, dispatch, and delivery activities where necessary.
- Handle office supplies and ensure availability of required resources.
- Respond to internal and external queries related to operations.
- Assist in planning and implementing process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
