Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of processes.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support operational requirements.
  • Handle documentation, data entry, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support procurement processes as required.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Support logistics, dispatch, and delivery activities where necessary.
  • Handle office supplies and ensure availability of required resources.
  • Respond to internal and external queries related to operations.
  • Assist in planning and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

With at least 1-year experience in Qatar
