SALES TEAM LEADER


Job Description

Click Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and fostering a high-performance sales culture in line with Click Solutions values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure individual and team targets are met.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Motivate, mentor, and support team members to enhance productivity and engagement.
  • Onboard new team members and ensure effective integration into the team.
  • Ensure a customer-first approach across all sales activities.
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and insights to management.
  • Promote ethical sales practices and integrity within the team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Qatar driver’s license and a car.
  • Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.
