We are currently looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven accounting experience in Qatar, preferably within the MEP company.

Accounting & Finance

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Support in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.

Administration

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.

Support day-to-day office administration tasks as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Procurement

Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

Assist in vendor evaluation and selection process.

Coordinate with internal teams for procurement requirements.

Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

General

Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders when required.

Contribute to process improvements and efficiency in finance and procurement functions.

Support management with required reports and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2–3 years of accounting experience in Qatar

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP)

Good communication and organizational skills

Valid QID and transferable visa
