The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities for Blue Bridge Consulting. This role focuses on reaching out to SMEs, identifying potential clients who may benefit from Odoo ERP solutions, and setting up qualified meetings for the consulting team. The SDR will be the first point of contact for prospects and will play a key role in building the company’s sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and reach out to SMEs through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
Identify and qualify potential clients who require ERP solutions
Schedule meetings and demos for consultants and the founder
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials
Support marketing campaigns and events aimed at lead generation
Salary
5000 QAR

Desired Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Familiarity with Qatar’s SME market is preferred
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet targets
Basic understanding of business software or ERP is an advantage (training provided)
Qatar Driving License.
