Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and determine their needs for car accessories.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor and product displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory, assist with stocking, and report any shortages.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and trends in the car accessories industry.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in good condition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive, electronics, or retail sector.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by business needs.
- Knowledge of car accessories and vehicle parts is a strong advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
