Job Description

We’re seeking an Event Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is driven, well-connected, and passionate about sales in the events and entertainment industry. This is a commission-based role perfect for someone motivated by performance and eager to earn based on results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, sponsors, and exhibitors.
  • Sell event spaces, activations, and partnership packages for CLSTR’s festivals and entertainment projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver successful events.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in salesevent sponsorship, or B2B partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network within Qatar’s corporate, hospitality, or automotive sectors is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional.
  • Must be currently based in Qatar.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. High-performing representatives can earn substantial commissions based on sales closed.
