Assign daily tasks to work crews and subcontractors, ensuring a clear understanding of the work scope and quality expectations.

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in construction and fit-out projects, with at least 3 years in a direct supervisory/foreman role.

Proven track record of successfully delivered commercial, retail, or high-end residential fit-out projects.

In-depth knowledge of construction details, materials, methods, and building codes.
