Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Ensure guest registration, including personal details, is properly recorded.
Provide refreshments (e.g., coffee, water) to management and visitors as required.
Attend all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Manage office stationery: perform weekly inventory checks and initiate restocking through internal requisition.
Support general office upkeep, including coordination of minor maintenance tasks with both internal and external maintenance teams.

Qualifications
High School Degree
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Receptionist/Hospitality Role
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good active and passive command of English and Arabic
