· Must hold a Certificate issued by the Ministry of Municipality – Engineers & Engineering Offices Accrediting & Classifying Committee
· Relevant Engineering Degree and professional experience
· Have specialized experience in the construction field with proven technical competence
· Experience will be based and verified from the date of graduation
