Role & Responsibilities: -
Identify and develop new sales opportunities for comprehensive range of Electrical Industrial and essential products, i.e. Cables & Wire, Cable Acc, Wiring Acc, Controls & Switchgear, Cable management and consumables within the construction, infrastructure and oil & gas sector.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, project site visit,networking and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs, desires, problems and aspirations.
Present company products and solutions effectively to potential clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales objectives and report regularly.
Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely payment collection.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information using CRM software.
Strictly implement all company rules and regulations.
Desired Skills & Experience
Proven sales experience in the construction, MEP, and Oil & Gas industries.
Basic knowledge of electrical installation products would be an advantage.
A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
