ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Sales cum Customer Care Agent who can confidently sell:

?Health meal plans

? Dietary products & supplements

?Slimming treatments & wellness packages

You must be able to convert leads into paying customers, overcome price objections, communicate value, and differentiate our products from cheaper alternatives confidently.

This role requires someone who takes full responsibility for their sales numbers no excuses, no delays, pure performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take full ownership of the ENTIRE sales cycle: lead ? follow up ? pitch ? close ? retention

Convert inbound and outbound leads into paid customers consistently

Confidently explain and sell meal plans, supplements, and slimming treatments

Handle objections like pricing, doubts, or competitor comparisons with ease

Analyze weekly/monthly sales data and adjust strategy proactively

Identify sales patterns, trends, and growth opportunities

Create customer segments and propose targeted promotions

Manage CRM, pipelines, follow-ups, and automated workflows

Train and uplift the performance of junior sales team members

Maintain a high level of product knowledge

(If not from the industry) research and learn the product science enough to speak confidently in interviews and client calls

Stay enthusiastic, driven, and motivated throughout the day

Work with urgency and accountability to hit weekly & monthly quotas

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Strong Arabic + English communication

Proven experience in sales, customer care, telesales, call center, or related fields

Experience or interest in nutrition, wellness, supplements, slimming, or health

Ability to learn quickly and express product knowledge with confidence during the interview

A natural closer who does not get intimidated when a client says, “The price is too high”

A person who DOES NOT:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
