SALES SUPERVISOR
Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving sustainable revenue growth within assigned territories. This role ensures strong market presence for the company’s products by building partnerships, executing sales strategies, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Desired Skills & Experience
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the down trade segment.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
Participate in regular meetings to share updates, challenges, and successes within the down trade segment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools.
Must be currently based in Qatar, with the support of a transfer.
