·         Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

·         Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery, bespoke furniture, and interior fit-out works.

·         Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.

·         Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and compare quotations.

·         Evaluate project risks, value engineering options, and alternative materials.

·         Ensure estimates comply with industry standards and company guidelines 

·          Support the project team during project execution when needed.

Desired Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Joinery or Fit-Out Estimator.

Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and hardware.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.

Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, or similar tools (an advantage).

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
