·       We are seeking a responsible and well-organized Assistant Transport Coordinator to support the daily operations of the school transport department.

·       The role involves coordinating bus routes, ensuring student safety, maintaining transport records, and assisting with vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.

·       Valid HTV Driving License with 2 years minimum experience

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in planning and managing daily bus routes and schedules

·       Coordinate student pick-up and drop-off arrangements

·       Ensure timely arrival and departure of all school buses

·       Monitor student safety and discipline during transportation

·       Assist with routing and transport arrangements for summer and winter camps

·       Handle transport-related queries, complaints, and incidents professionally

·       Maintain effective communication with drivers and bus attendants

·       Maintain accurate transport records, logs, and reports

·       Support regular vehicle inspections, maintenance, and compliance checks

·       Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly vehicle maintenance plans

·       Follow up with garages or authorized dealers to ensure timely maintenance

·       Ensure adherence to MOE and all local transport regulations

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:

·       Minimum diploma / graduate preferred

·       Experience in school transport/logistics is an advantage
