DRAFTSMEN : 02
We are seeking a qualified Draftsman with strong cadastral experience and expertise in surveying, as well as a solid understanding of Ashghal submission requirements in Qatar. You will create precise technical drawings that comply with local regulations and ensure smooth project approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cadastral drawings, site plans, and topographic maps.
Handle Ashghal submissions, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to interpret data and align drawings with project needs.
Maintain a well-organized archive of drawings and submission records.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or Surveying.
Proven experience in cadastral drafting and Qatar's regulatory environment.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) with strong attention to detail.
