We are looking for a presentable and well-groomed Receptionist cum HR Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and basic HR knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-desk operations including welcoming visitors, handling calls, and calendar/appointment scheduling
Assist in recruitment activities such as screening candidates, handling job postings, issuing offer letters, and onboarding
Support HR operations including employee relations, attendance management, headcount tracking, and insurance follow-ups
Maintain HR records, employee files, and provide general administrative support to the HR team
