Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bid Administrative Officer to support the preparation and submission of competitive bids and tenders. The role requires strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills to manage multiple bid processes and ensure compliance with client requirements.


Key Responsibilities


Assist in managing the bid lifecycle, from pre-bid preparation to final submission.

Track bid timelines and deadlines, ensuring all submissions are on time.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather required inputs and documentation.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, tender instructions, and company standards.

Manage multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Track bid milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements


Proven experience in BID/Tendering support or administration.

Strong prioritization and organizational skills to handle urgent tasks.

High attention to detail with excellent coordination abilities.

Ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
